Peace and Human Rights Network (PHRN) was established in 1997 by 29 organizations involved different sectors where peace and human rights is their mandates. The Network works through three task forces, Human Rights Task Force, Awareness Raising Task Force and Reconciliation Task Force since its establishment. The Network implements EU, UNDP and N(O)VIB funded projects as a partner.

Twelve people were killed on Saturday Dec 27, 2008

K4 in the southern of Mogadishu, on Wednesday at least eight people have been killed and 20 others are injured.
